Where do you deliver?
We currently offer free local hand-delivery within the greater Metro Phoenix area including but not limited to Central Phoenix, North Central Phoenix, South Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, and parts of the East Valley.

What days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 am - 5 pm. We do not currently offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
Orders placed after 9 am MST will be delivered next business day. Orders placed before 9 am MST qualify for same-day delivery.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Yes! You'll see this option when adding your gift or flowers to your cart.
How will I know when my recipient has received their gift?
We will notify you via email as soon as your gift has been delivered.
What happens if my recipient is not there to accept their gift delivery?
In the event the recipient is unavailable to accept their hand-delivered gift, we will leave their gift at the specified delivery location or, if the gift contains heat-sensitive items (like chocolate), we will leave the gift with a neighboring home or office. In the event this happens we will notify you immediately so that you may inform your recipient.
We cannot be held liable for theft or damage to the product after delivery should the specified recipient be unable to accept their gift.
Can I choose the flowers for my fresh bundle or arrangement?
Not at this time. Though colors may vary from what's pictured on our site we guarantee your flowers will always be of quality, value, and style.
How do I care for my flowers?
A few tips to aid in caring for your fresh flowers: change the water daily, every couple of days snip the ends at a 45 degree angle and keep your flowers out of direct sunlight, heat, or air-conditioning.
Can I include a note with my gift?
Absolutely. We are happy to handwrite your sentiments on one of our beautiful signature gold-foiled note cards. Simply include your note in the provided box at checkout and we will place it in an envelope inside your gift.
Can I customize a gift box?
We love working with clients to provide the perfect gift. For single or volume custom gifting, please contact us here.
I want my gift delivery to be a surprise. Is this possible?
We love the excitement that comes with gifting and we work hard to ensure your recipient is always pleasantly surprised. We never provide the purchasing details, just the actual gift, so whether you choose to let them know is entirely up to you.
Please don't include a receipt in my order! I'd like to keep my purchase total private.
Absolutely. Rest assured, we never include printed receipts with any of our orders. Your recipient will never see a price posted anywhere on their gift.
Do you offer returns?
We are committed to the art of delivering fine, quality gifts that are beautifully presented and will create an exciting and memorable experience. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied with a gift we've delivered, please contact us at email@example.com so that we may have the opportunity to make it right.
